A factory cleaning, seal replacement and calibration is required for pumps every 12-18 months as well as annual service for monitors to ensure equipment is operating at peak performance.
Pump Service
Includes:

  • Disassembly & cleaning of pump head
  • New seal installation (as applicable)
  • Pump testing
  • Calibration (as applicable)
  • Repair & performance validation reports
Monitor & DIN Module Service Includes:

  • Electronics inspection
  • Monitor testing
  • Calibration
  • Calibration certificate with (as left/as found data)
  • Repair reports

Monitor Test Fixture Service Includes:

  • Electronics inspection
  • Calibration
  • Calibration certificate

Above the standard service fees, additional costs may apply for only necessary repairs/parts to make your product fully operable.

A credit card pre-authorization expedites this process by minimizing delays associated with obtaining approvals to proceed with work.

You are only approving charges for required additional repairs/parts (not to exceed $800) to return products in proper working condition.
