Warranty Seller warrants that the Products sold hereunder shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of delivery to Buyer, or 2,000 hours of normal use, whichever occurs first. Wear and tear of parts during the course of normal use does not represent a defect. Disclaimer of Warranty: This warranty comprises the sole and entire warranty pertaining to products provided hereunder. SELLER DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING DESIGN, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability UPON NOTIFICATION, SELLER WILL, AT ITS OPTION, REPAIR OR REPLACE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, OR REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE TO BUYER FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHATSOEVER. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER'S LIABILITY UNDER ANY CLAIM MADE BY BUYER EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS.
Hose Repair Guidelines
Both assembly AND shipping container MUST be tagged with a polyflex ATR number. Shipments without an ATR number will not be accepted at our facility.
All hoses sent to our facility for evaluation and repair must be thoroughly washed and flushed out with water and air to evacuate all fluids in the hose. The hoses must contain no fluids. If the hose has a protective PVC cover, it may be cut to drain any fluids trapped inside. Hoses containing fluids will be returned to the customer at their expense for freight costs.
The outer exterior surfaces of the hose must be free of any chemical residues or deposits. Hoses with chemical residues will be returned to the customer at their expense for freight costs.
Fittings, adaptors, and couplings should be removed from the hose assembly prior to shipping the repair to polyflex. These fittings can be damaged or lost. polyflex will not be responsible.
All repair evaluations will be completed within 10 business days of receipt of your repair if your package arrives with the ATR number clearly stated on the package. Upon polyflex’s receipt of your approval to process the repair as recommended from our evaluation, the repaired hoses will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days of receiving your authorization. If after our third attempt to contact you, we do not receive notification on how to proceed with the repair, we will return or dispose of the assemblies at your expense.
