Description

FF400-80 (Ultra® FFKM) – Low Temperature
-40°F to 525°F

With sealing capability down to -40F, the FF400 resolves low temperature concerns for FFKM compounds while giving excellent chemical resistance to Sour Gas and Rapid Gas Decompression (RGD) resistance per ISO23936-2.

FF582-90 (Ultra® FFKM) – Extremely High Temperature
5°F to 525°F

Excellent in hot water/steam along with resistance to extrusion and Rapid Gas Decompression (RGD). Also tested via industry standards for Sour Gas and RGD per ISO23936-2.

VP306/VP316 (FKM) – Base Resistant
-10°F to 400°F

Broad range of fluid compatibility for use in applications which require both hydrocarbon and high pH resistance (ie. amines, brines, completion fluids, etc)

VG109-90 (Ultra® FFKM) – Extremely Low & High Temperature
-50°F to 400°F

Solution for sealing elements requiring a cyclic temperature and pressure test for approval (ie. API PR2). VG109 also offers great resistance to Sour Service and Rapid Gas Decompression (RGD) conditions that are becoming commonplace in the oilfield.

VX065-75 (FKM) – Extreme Low Temperature
-65°F to 400°F

Extreme low temperature capability of this FKM compound (down to -65F) makes VX065 a great material option for valves, switches, instrumentation equipment and many other Oil and Gas applications.

VX165-90 (FKM) – Broad Temp Range
-65°F to 400°F

VX165-90 offers excellent performance in applications which requires maintained resilience when exposed to broad temperature and pressure cycle ranges. The VX165-90 formulation provides toughness to combat Rapid Gas Decompression (RGD) and resist extrusion at high pressures.

Resilon® 4300A90 (TPU) Abrasion and Extrusion Resistant
-65°F to 275°F

Wear Resistant, high-temperature 90A polyurethane with excellent compression set resistance reduces material failure caused by hysteresis. Unique properties provide long life with resilient sealing capabilities.

Resilon® 4301A90 (TPU) Water Resistant, Abrasion and Extrusion Resistant
-35°F to 275°F

Chemical and water-resistant formulation designed to handle extreme conditions in Oil and Gas, capable of handling a broad spectrum of chemicals environments.

Resilon® 4350A90 (TPU) Very High Temperature Polyurethane with Nano Technology
-65°F to 300°F

Highest temperature capability of Urethane for sealing products in the world today, was developed from the latest innovations in nanotechnology and material science.

Description

A94 Series - Dissolvable Metal

High yield strength (10 ksi pressure rating @ 1.8% overlap) dissolvable alloy ideal for high stage count applications in salt or produced water fluids (> 1% chlorides).  Not recommended for "low temp fresh water" (<0.5% chloride) applications.

A95 Series - Dissolvable Metal

High yield strength (10 ksi pressure rating @ 1.8% overlap) dissolvable alloy ideal for high stage count systems in salt or produced water fluids with > 1% salinity.  Dissolution rate ~5x faster than A94 series. Not recommended for "low temp fresh water" (<0.5% chloride) applications.

A96 Series - Dissolvable Metal

Highest yield strength (15 ksi pressure rating @ 1.8% overlap) dissolvable alloy ideal for high stage count systems in fresh water (<0.5% chlorides), salt, or produced water fluids. Dissolution rate ~2x faster than A95 series.

A97 Series - Dissolvable Metal

High strength (10 ksi pressure rating @ 1.8% overlap) dissolvable alloy ideal for high stage count systems in fresh water (<0.5% chlorides), salt, or produced water fluids. Dissolution rate similar to A96 Series in salt or producted water fluids, ~2x faster than A96 Series in fresh water. Best choice for "low temp fresh water (<0.5%) applications.
