THE SOLUTION

Using the existing materials and technology, Parker Chomerics combined a non-conductive adhesive on 3 mil dielectric PVC strip, bonded to aluminum foil coated with an electrically conductive pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) with an oversized release liner on the PVC side.
