Kitting Service
Parker's kitting service offers cost savings and leaner processes through reduced purchase orders, inventories and stock handling. Kitting of seals, components, greases, fluids, assembly instructions, etc. with full batch traceability. The kits are suitable for production line assembly and field service.
RFID
The Parker Tracking System (PTS) uses RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology to detect and identify rubber elastomers and seal properties. The use of PTS helps eliminate seal replacement inaccuracies and installation errors. This in turn, increases equipment uptime and decreases maintenance costs.
Smart Seals
Traceability and identification of parts is a necessity in today’s Oil and Gas environments where asset management is of extreme importance. Parker offers many options for unique identification of products such as PTFE/ParkerSlick coating, non-permanent paint dot markings. pad stamped part number markings, permanent markings as well as the ability to embed RFID technology into O-ring or other molded solutions.
